9/16  Temporary Restraining Order Issued by D.C. Circuit Court in SRST’s suit (prohibiting construction for 20 miles to the east and 20 miles to the west of the Lake Oahe crossing)

9/9/16  SRST appealed the District Court’s denial of SRST’s Motion for a Preliminary injunction

9/9/16  Joint Agency Statement issued by Department of Justice, Department of the Army, and Department of the Interior (prohibiting construction on Corps land at the Lake Oahe crossing until the Army can determine whether it will need to reconsider any of its previous decisions regarding the Lake Oahe site under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) or other federal laws, and asking Dakota Access, LLC to voluntarily halt construction 20 miles in each direction)

9/8/16  Yankton Sioux Tribe filed a Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief against the Corps and FWS

8/5/16  Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe (“CRST”) intervened in SRST’s suit

7/27/16  Standing Rock Sioux Tribe (“SRST”) filed a Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief against the Corps in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia

8/16  Corps St. Louis EA & FONSI issued, authorizing construction of DAPL at water crossings in Illinois

7/25/16  Corps Omaha EA & FONSI issued, authorizing construction of DAPL at Missouri River crossings in North Dakota at Lake Sakakawea and Lake Oahe

6/16  FWS EA & FONSI issued, authorizing construction of DAPL through wetland and grassland easements

4/8/16 Iowa Utilities Board issued Order Accepting Compliance Filings and Issuing Permit, authorizing construction in Iowa

1/20/16  North Dakota Pubic Service Commission Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order issued, authorizing construction in North Daota

12/16/15  Illinois Commerce Commission approved permit, authorizing construction in Illinois

12/14/15  SD PUC Order issued, authorizing construction of DAPL in South Dakota
